That being sad, BoGT is much better paced, and adds a lot of cool new toys to play with, and has a great story in its own right. I'm not sure I'd say it's better than the main game - just because I do think the main game has a really good main narrative. Ballad of Gay Tony was really fun and over the top. I'd actually recommend playing it before 5 if possible - since a notable character makes an appearance in 5. Lost and the Damned's story is a bit lacking, but the bike enhancements are really fun. I do personally like GTA5 a bit more, but GTA4 is an excellent game and one I'd heartily recommend.

GTA4 is probably the worst in the series with this disconnect). For an easier time you can tap up on the stick and get a headshot pretty much guaranteed), the story is pretty solid (though, like all GTA games, really suffers from a disconnect between the story and the free-form chaotic gameplay. Driving is fun (but, as noted elsewhere, is slidey), combat/gunplay is kind of dull 3rd person cover shooter (go into cover, tap aim and shoot - you'll auto-lock on to enemies and kill them. I haven't revisited it lately, but have been meaning to. And I really loved GTA4 - was the first game I got on my PS3, and still played it on and off years later. That being said - even being burned out on Open World games, I played Ballad of Gay Tony well after its release, and had a blast. Movement is sluggish, combat is relatively dull. I also played Asylum, and didn't think the gameplay was interesting enough to warrant playing more of it. I think I was just largely burned out on Open World games.

Russian singer GlukozaвЂ™s вЂњРЁРІР°Р№РЅРµвЂќ (aka вЂњSchweineвЂќ) was on the chopping block, and her song is one of the first that players hear in the game. But the removal of certain songs will have an effect on the original atmosphere of GTA 4. The removal of expiring licensed songs is not much of a surprise these days, considering that weвЂ™ve seen similar updates happen to many other games.
